FREE USA SHIPPING!! YAY!!
We are happy to be able to offer free shipping on ALL OUTGOING orders, no matter how large or small within the United States!! It makes us happy too!! However, to keep costs down and maintain our free shipping policy, we do not offer return shipping unless there is a quality defect with the order. Please contact us HERE if there is a quality defect with your order within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your order. Include your name, telephone number, order number, email, and best contact number to reach you. After this timeframe, we will not guarantee a refund.
RETURNS FOR QUALITY ISSUES:
We want to make sure you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue such as a chipped mug or visible rips, stains, or tears, on unworn t-shirts, sweatshirts, or unused totes, we’ll replace or refund it at our expense, under certain conditions. There are no returns for used or worn products.
For any quality issues mentioned above, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This will quickly help us to provide a speedy resolution.
Please also include a detailed note about what the issue is and when you noticed the issue. You have 7 (seven) calendar days from date of receipt to notify us of any issues. After this timeframe, we will not guarantee a refund.

NO RETURNS FOR SIZING ERRORS/BUYER’S REMORSE/EBOOKS/DIGITAL PRODUCTS/E-GIFT CARDS:
Our products are not sitting in a warehouse collecting dust. No, they are made to order only as you place an order, so we must minimize returns. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. We have sizing charts for all apparel listed in our store, in the product description section. For that reason, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns, so please check the sizing guide before placing your order. There are no refunds for the wrong size unless the product was labeled incorrectly. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know HERE within seven (7) calendar days after receiving your order. Include your name, telephone number, order number, email, and best contact number to reach you, as well as photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!!
We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. Before placing your order, please be sure that you have ordered the correct item in the correct size, color, and quantity. We have sizing charts for all apparel listed in our store, in the product description section, for your convenience.
Sadly, all sales on ebooks, digital products and e-gift cards are final unless there is an issue on our side. Since the product is delivered electronically, we cannot offer returns and these ebooks, digital products and e-gift card orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed.

REFUNDS
Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card should be credited to your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We cannot guarantee how long your bank will take to credit your account.

CAN I RETURN AN EBOOK/DIGITAL PRODUCT/E-GIFT CARD?
Sadly, all sales on ebooks, digital products and e-gift cards are final. Since the product is delivered electronically, we cannot offer returns and these digital product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed.
I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Well, that’s no fun!! We’re disappointed if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us HERE within 7 (seven days) with photos of the damaged product, your name, telephone number, order number, email, best contact number to reach you and any other details you may have about your order. For any quality issues be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution and to get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!!
WHAT’S WITH THE RECYCLED PACKAGING?
Our products are sometimes shipped from the manufacturer in recycled packaging to be kinder to the planet and save you money. It is in no way a reflection on the quality of our brand or products. If your package looks a bit worn or color faded, rest assured it will not affect the products inside. We like pretty packaging too, but to help keep your costs down, sometimes a package will not look as pretty, but will still protect your purchase. Of course, if there is ever any damage, just let us know. We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We’re glad you asked and we’re thankful for your order!! Usually, it takes 3 (three) to 7 (seven) days to fulfill an order, and after that time, it’s shipped out. The shipping times depend on your location. Your tracking will include more concise information.

MY ORDER IS LATE!! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Oh no, it’s no fun waiting for your order when it’s late, but before getting in touch with us HERE, please help us out by doing the following:
·*Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
*Ask your local post office or Postal Worker if they have your package.
*Stop by your neighbor’s home (if safe to do so) in case the courier left the package with them by mistake. It happens.
*If you have security cameras, check to make sure the package was delivered.
*If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us HERE with your name, telephone number, order number, email and best contact number to reach you.
*If you did find a mistake in your delivery address that was our error, we can send you a replacement order, but if the error is on your end, you will be responsible for all costs.
