Our services impact people by encouraging harmony between life, work, and organized life. In helping our community and the world at large, we are able to help people overcome disorganization and maladaptive behaviors, negative thinking and ineffective language patterns to regain control of their life from clutter, chronic disorganization, Hoarding Disorder, poor life and time management skills. Our goal is to help people live the life they desire and deserve, so that they are able to be productive and contribute to others in their family, community and world.

Dr. Darnita L. Payden has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and over 30 years of experience. She was a featured Hoarding Expert on the Emmy-nominated Hoarders® series on A&E®, as well as the Hoarding Expert for the Mayor’s Office on Health and Human Services for the District of Columbia.
